IJIWA Rules and Requirements

  1. Must be 18 or over, no exceptions (requirement)
  2. Individual must have a minimum of at least six months experience with a gun* Optional, trainees will learn to properly handle a gun (technically a requirement)
  3. Individual(s) should have the basic experience with tech, such as computers (requirement)
  4. Must undergo health evaluation: Check to see you are of a healthy weight, haven't been sick with a contagious disease or illness in the past six months, and that your mental health is stable. Mentally unstable applicants will undergo treatment if it is severe, treatment is taken care of by highly trained professionals who are excellent and are highly recommended. (requirement)
  5. If an individual has special powers and does not have much control over them, the individual will train and practice in a separate class before beginning the actual training required with all trainees (requirement)
  6. If an individual is a high school drop-out, special classes will be required in order to enter the training program. Education is very important to the IJIWA alliance and is taken seriously. (requirement)
  7. Individuals do not need to have had experience with extraterrestrials, however, as the training proceeds, individuals will learn to interact with various extraterrestrial species. (requirement)

Rules:

  1. Skintight, very loose, or clothing that exposes lots of skin highly discouraged to wear while training, as well as skirts, dresses and heels.
  2. A simple t-shirt and sweatpants will be handed to each new trainee for the first weeks of training
  3. Any sort of discrimination, use of racial slurs, or bullying is not tolerated and there will be consequences for doing so
  4. Sparring with the IJIWA heads or any of the Avengers is fine, but not encouraged
  5. Don't play pranks, just don't

Basic "Survival" Tips

  1. Challenging agent Ross to a target practice match is to be done at your own risk. Don't argue with the fact that you will lose
  2. Do not repeat Stark's nickname for agent San Martin. If you don't know what it is, don't ask
  3. Yes, SHIELD and IJIWA are aware of agent Ross's backstory and her dealing with Satanists. No, she is not a Satanist.
  4. Yes, agent San Martin is a prince, and he is from Atlantis.
  5. When it comes to the more possibly suicidal missions agents Ross, Coleman, and Williams are given, it is not deemed wise to ask them to "tag along for the adrenaline rush"
  6. IJIWA members are all young adults, they treat you as their equals, and all trainees are asked to do the same.

And understand that this is a very new organization, so mistakes that occur will have lessons learned from them. The alliance cannot guarantee every trainee's success, but everyone will try their best. Once an individual has become an official IJIWA member, obtaining a SHIELD pass is available, but it is optional, not required.

Cool. Not sure any of my characters would fit in, is it ok if I make a character for it?
